Nebraska topography is a combination of central lowlands of the U.S. combined with the Great Plains of the west. The land is perfectly matched for agriculture and livestock ranching. The state also has a base of manufacturing, industrial and fabrication industries to name a few. In general cost of living is lower in Nebraska than other states and there are a nice variety of medium size cities for retirement or relocation opportunity.
